An exciting opportunity has arisen for x 2 Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners to join a well-established and growing law firm with an excellent reputation for client care and staff development.

As the firm continues to expand, they are looking to add talented conveyancing professionals to their friendly and supportive team. The role will involve managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, and leasehold matters. You'll work closely with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.

The successful candidates will have previous residential conveyancing experience, excellent organisational skills, and a client-focused approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently are essential.
