Rework Administrator

Location: Crewe

Duration: Temporary Ongoing

Pay Rate: £12.21 Per Hour

Hours: Monday-Wednesday, 8.30am-4.30pm

Key Duties

  • Accurately list products on various e-commerce platforms
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Handle inbound sales calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Process customer exchanges and refunds in a timely manner
  • Input and manage orders using internal systems
  • Update and maintain stock records, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the wider team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using computer systems and online platforms
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is desirable
