Rework Administrator
Location: Crewe
Duration: Temporary Ongoing
Pay Rate: £12.21 Per Hour
Hours: Monday-Wednesday, 8.30am-4.30pm
Key Duties
- Accurately list products on various e-commerce platforms
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Handle inbound sales calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Process customer exchanges and refunds in a timely manner
- Input and manage orders using internal systems
- Update and maintain stock records, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the wider team
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using computer systems and online platforms
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is desirable
