Joining one of the market leading companies in their field that design, manufacture, supply and install products across the UK. I am currently seeking an experienced administrator to prepare quotations to customer specifications and requirements. The successful candidate must be well organised, have excellent communication skills, self-motivated, be able to manage their own workload and the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Duties:
- Build rapport and maintain close contact with customers
- Prepare quotations for customers and process orders
- Investigate and resolve quote and order queries
- Ensure correct selection of equipment is made in line with customer requirements all products are purchased in compliance with mandatory requirements
- Feedback to management of market trends, customer requirements and client competition
