Sales Administrator

Permanent Position

Working for a well-established organisation based in Middlewich, my client are currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

Key Duties:

  • Preparing and following up of quotations
  • Processing customer orders
  • Arranging for the shipping of overseas customer's orders
  • Negotiating with production on scheduling of deliveries
  • Preparation of product samples
  • Investigating and resolving queries

Skills Required:

  • Previous sales administration/order processing experience
  • Experience and knowledge in shipping and exporting desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and build strong working relationships
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office products
