About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Office Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team in Crewe. This is a full‑time role where you will provide administrative support and help develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
This position is ideal for someone who is organised, confident, and keen to learn, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Processing orders, quotes, and responding to custom requests
• Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries
• Assisting customers with queries and providing clear, helpful advice
• Carrying out background research on customers, including credit checks and reviewing websites/social media
• Providing feedback to management on ways to improve forms, website information, FAQs, and marketing materials
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Coordinating meetings and scheduling calls
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive “can-do” attitude
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Previous office experience preferred
- Experience working with numbers
- Eager to learn and develop
