As a Sales Advisor specializing in insurance, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide comprehensive coverage and exceptional service to clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding clients' needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions that align with their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized insurance recommendations.
  2. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, leveraging leads, referrals, and networking to expand client base.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of insurance products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits.
  4. Utilize a consultative approach to sales, listening attentively to clients' concerns and objectives, and offering informed recommendations to address their insurance needs.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, demonstrating consistent drive and motivation to succeed.
  6. Complete necessary administrative tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up activities, to ensure efficient and accurate execution of sales transactions.


  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Two or more years experience within an Insurance role.
