KPI Recruiting have the pleasure of working with one of the UK’s fastest growing training providers to recruit for an experienced and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join their team! This company pride themselves on the support and develoment of their employees to help them achieve goals and targets and to play to each individual’s strengths!

Within this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Continually update details and orders on the CRM system
  • Nurture, establish and grow client relationships
  • Offer professional advisory support
  • Manage your own diary and opportunities
  • Network using various social media channels
  • Follow up on all client activity and support clients with account enquiries
  • Sell and book training courses on behalf of your clients

Eventually you will have the freedom to develop this further into the face to face environment where you can meet local business owners, take trips to places like London or even jet set to where your accounts are based!

Desired skills:

  • Proven experience within a similar role where you are generate new business opportunities and following up with you specific accounts
  • A hunger to learn and thirst for knowledge
  • The ability to self-motivate yourself within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients easily
