Sales Processing Assistant
Newcastle Under Lyme
£26,000 per annum
Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Sales Processing Assistant to join our busy team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
You’ll sit within the sales team, supporting day-to-day operations by processing orders, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring calls are passed to the right departments. You’ll be a key part of making sure our customers receive excellent service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and quotations accurately
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist customers with queries in a professional and helpful manner
- Maintain clear and accurate records of communications and transactions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support improvements to sales processes and customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)
- Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Must have access to a car and a valid driving licence due to location
