About The Role

Our client was established in 2003 and currently have 21 sites across the UK and are looking to open a further 10 sites by the end of the year. Their vision is to provide the highest quality care at an affordable price. 

Due to exponential growth, they are looking for a Scheduler to work with the Clinic Management Team on a permanent basis.

Here’s What You Can Expect to Be Doing

The successful candidate can expect to:

  • Monitor the clinic pipeline and help co-ordinate extra resourcing where gaps are identified.
  • Have a wider view of the regions, maximising Clinician and Nurse availability across multiple locations where appropriate.
  • Be the main point of contact for all Clinicians ensuring they provide suitable availability as far ahead as possible and highlighting any gaps to the Clinic Management Team.  
  • Work alongside HR, Recruitment, and the Operations team to plan and co-ordinate training for new Clinicians to ensure they are signed off in a timely fashion and to the required standard.
  • Work alongside HR, Recruitment, and the Operations team to plan and co-ordinate training for new Nurses to ensure they are signed off in a timely fashion and to the required standard.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a system of “Bank” Nurses which ensures availability of at least 2 nurses within any given region on any given date.
  • Oversee scheduling of all Nurse and Clinical Administrator annual leave dates to ensure that sufficient cover is available and confirmed in advance.
  • Work with the Clinic Management Team to create a rota for the Patient Advisory Team which ensures sufficient cover across the week, including over weekends, allocating days off accordingly.
  • Work with the Clinic Management Team to monitor all Patient Advisor Annual Leave, providing advice on how this could best be managed to always ensure sufficient cover in the Head Office.
  • Liaise with the HR, Ops and Clinic Teams in preparing for new clinic openings, particularly in relation to scheduling training for new employees.
  • Be involved in other ad hoc projects as and when required, for example in scheduling specific nurse training programs.
