We are working with this successful family run business, who each year are going from strength to strength.  They are currently recruiting for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and booking in jobs
  • Liaising with operatives and supervisors
  • Handling daily running of the contracts
  • Dealing with tenants and handling queries
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Inputting and monitoring all work orders
  • Updating the repairs system
  • Invoicing customers upon completion of works

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good organisational skills
  • Scheduling / Planning experience
  • Previous experience in the Construction sector preferable
  • Good attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT illiterate
