Permanent Position  

Do you have excellent administration skills looking for a new role within the education sector? My client are looking to appoint a well organised, highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join the team supporting with finance and administration.

Key Duties:

  • Maintain and operate the school's MIS, Finance and HR systems
  • Have a financial overview of the school's before and after school club
  • Pupil Admission, Leavers and ‘in year’ Starters
  • Assessment, Data and Census Returns

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience working in a busy office
  • Administration/finance experience  
  • Proficient on systems
  • Experience of working within a school previously and SIMS experience desirable
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to uphold the highest standard of confidentiality

Hours- Monday-Friday 37 hours per week. This role is term time only- £18,955-£20,754 based on pro rata term time hours
