Secondary Maths Teacher – The Role

• Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of Maths
• Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and Maths department
• Support students of varying abilities to achieve strong outcomes

Secondary Maths Teacher – Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently working towards QTS
• OR a degree in Mathematics or a related subject with strong A-Level Maths qualifications
• Passion for Mathematics and raising student attainment
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to supporting young people both academically and pastorally
