The Role

This is a key leadership role within the school, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to make a genuine and lasting impact on students with additional needs.

As SENDCO, you will lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school, working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, pastoral teams, parents and external agencies to ensure exceptional outcomes for students.

You will oversee the strategic development of SEND, monitor interventions and progress, support inclusive classroom practice and champion high-quality provision across the school.
