The Role

As a Secondary STEM Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teaching and learning across Mathematics, Science and English
• Deliver targeted interventions for small groups and individual students
• Provide classroom support across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Encourage student engagement and confidence in STEM subjects
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential
