Secured Lending Solicitor | Congleton

A National, Leading Law firm is seeking an experienced Secured Lending Solicitor to join its busy team in Congleton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to take on a varied caseload while overseeing a team of caseworkers and two administrators.

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage both client work and a small support team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied secured lending caseload
• Overseeing and supporting a team of caseworkers
• Lease extensions and leasehold matters
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages and related lending matters
• Reviewing and preparing legal documentation
• Liaising with lenders, clients and other professional parties
• Ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard
