SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant role

  • Full-time, long-term SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant role

Candidate Profile – SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant

  • A 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology, Education, Speech & Language Sciences, or a related subject
  • Prior experience with SEN in schools, youth work, care, or healthcare is highly desirable
  • Strong empathy, patience, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-verbal learners
  • Comfortable supporting students with physical needs, including mobility or personal care if required
  • A driving licence is advantageous but not essential
