About You
We are looking for an SEN Primary Teacher who is:
- Experienced in a SEN school setting (essential)
- Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a nurturing approach to teaching
- Skilled in adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs and abilities
- Collaborative, working closely with support staff, therapists, and families
- Committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience working within a SEN school environment (essential)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and behaviour support strategies
- Knowledge of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
