Who we're looking for
- A qualified Primary Teacher with QTS and a passion for SEN provision (or on track to achieve QTS by September)
- Experience or strong placement evidence working with children with a range of additional needs — including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties, and learning disabilities
- A sound understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, EHCPs, and inclusive teaching strategies
- Skilled in differentiating the curriculum to meet the individual needs of every learner
- A nurturing, patient, and resilient practitioner who builds trust and positive relationships with pupils, families, and multi-agency professionals
- Experience working alongside teaching assistants, therapists, and wider support staff to deliver holistic, pupil-centred provision
- A genuine commitment to championing the rights, potential, and wellbeing of every child in your care
- Strong safeguarding awareness and a thorough understanding of your duty of care
