We are recruiting on behalf of an exceptional and highly supportive school in the Ealing area for a passionate and dedicated Speech & Language Therapist (Band 5/6) to join their SEN team.

The successful candidate will work with children and young people with a range of communication and interaction needs, supporting students both individually and in small groups while collaborating closely with teaching staff, SEN professionals and families.
The role will involve:
- Assessing and supporting students with speech, language and communication needs
- Delivering targeted interventions and therapy programmes
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
- Supporting EHCP outcomes and personalised learning strategies
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Building strong relationships with pupils and families
The school is looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised Speech & Language Therapy qualification
- Is HCPC registered (or working towards registration)
- Has experience or interest in working within SEN settings
- Is compassionate, patient and proactive
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Is passionate about making a meaningful difference to young people’s lives
