About the Role
- Full-time teaching position within a specialist school setting
- Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs and EHCP outcomes
- Work with students across Key Stages with a range of complex needs
- Foster confidence, independence, and a love of learning in every student
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to create holistic learning experiences
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Holds QTS and has experience teaching students with SEN in a UK school setting
- Has a strong understanding of differentiation, EHCPs, and individual learning plans
- Is patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting learners with complex needs
- Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with colleagues and families
- Is reflective and committed to continuous professional development
