About the Role

  • Full-time teaching position within a specialist school setting
  • Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs and EHCP outcomes
  • Work with students across Key Stages with a range of complex needs
  • Foster confidence, independence, and a love of learning in every student
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to create holistic learning experiences
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Holds QTS and has experience teaching students with SEN in a UK school setting
  • Has a strong understanding of differentiation, EHCPs, and individual learning plans
  • Is patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting learners with complex needs
  • Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with colleagues and families
  • Is reflective and committed to continuous professional development

Salary & Start Date

  • Salary: MPS 1–6 (dependent on experience)
  • Start Date: Ongoing
