A welcoming SEN school in Waltham Forest, East London, is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. The school has an inclusive ethos, with a strong reputation for supporting pupils aged 11–16 with a variety of special educational needs.

The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning needs.
  • Help pupils access the curriculum, manage challenges, and build their confidence.
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs).

This role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Education, or Social Sciences, or those with experience in youth work, care, or mentoring.

Ideal Candidate:
