We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychology graduate to join a dedicated SEND team within a welcoming school environment. This role is ideal for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, SEN Teaching, or

Child Mental Health.

About You :

  • A degree in Psychology or a closely related field (essential)
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
  • Interest in pursuing a career in education, psychology, or therapy
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester

You will work closely with pupils who may present with :

  • ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
  • SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
  • Speech, language and communication difficulties

What’s On Offer :

  • Full-time, long-term position (Monday–Friday, Term-Time Only)
  • Weekly pay between £500 - £560 per week (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities : As a SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, your role may include :

  • Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
  • Delivering small-group interventions
  • Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
  • Assisting with communication and social development activities
  • Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff

This is a hands-on role where you will develop a deep understanding of how children learn, communicate, and interact.
