The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading SEND provision across the school, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including SEN, LD, and associated learning barriers, while working closely with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Holds full QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or is working towards it)
• Has substantial experience supporting students with SEN, LD, and additional learning needs
• Has a strong understanding of EHCPs, interventions, and inclusive practice
• Demonstrates excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
• Has the right to work in the UK
• Is committed to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
