Duties:
Senior Administrator (Finance) | Chorley | Permanent
Up to £34,000 DOE
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm – Fully office based
KPI Recruiting are proud to be supporting a highly established company in Chorley, due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their property finance department.
If you hold exceptional Excel and SharePoint experience, and approach your workload with an organised, methodical approach, this may be the right role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the property finance system – entering and removing users, amending permissions
- Updating workflows accurately and efficiently – maintaining and updating site plans, leases, deals, forecasts, construction projects and purchasing information
- Ensuring system updated with new acquisitions
- Uploading and maintaining finance data – uploading journals into system, ensuring account codes and company entities are correct
- Training and supporting finance colleagues with efficient systems administration
Skills & Experience:
- Strong Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Functions) and SharePoint experience - essential
- Background in property finance – desirable
- Organised and methodical approach to a varied workload, ability to work effectively in a team environment working to strict deadlines
- Ability to commute to Chorley offices on a daily basis – no home working offered
