Working Hours: Monday-Friday

KPi Recruiting are currently seeking an experienced Non-Working Site Manager to join a major marine and port infrastructure project.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in marine, port or structural repair/refurbishment projects, with previous experience working under NEC contracts.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of a £1 million ferry approach refurbishment project, managing a team of six and coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations and site teams.

Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.

Manage project programmes and provide regular schedule updates.

Ensure compliance with NEC contract requirements.

Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across the project.

Liaise with the client and provide regular progress updates.

Monitor project progress, quality and delivery against programme.
Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Site Manager / Non-Working Site Manager.

Proven experience within marine, ports, civil engineering or structural refurbishment.

Strong understanding of NEC contracts.

Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.

Strong communication and client-facing skills.
-
Relevant construction/site management qualifications.
