Location: Coventry
Hours: Monday - Friday | 40-48 hours per week

I'm recruiting for a leading UK company that's investing heavily in renewable energy and growing its residential Solar PV division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solar Roof Installer to join a growing team, with excellent job security, ongoing training and genuine opportunities to progress as the division expands.

The Role

Working as part of a 2-3 person installation team, you'll be responsible for installing Solar PV systems on residential properties, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

• Installing roof mounting systems and Solar PV panels on domestic properties

• Preparing roofs, including removing and replacing tiles where required

• Working safely at height

• Using hand and power tools

• Supporting electrical colleagues during installations

• Carrying out site safety checks and maintaining a tidy working environment

• Completing installations efficiently while maintaining high standards

• Providing excellent customer service when working at customers' homes

What We're Looking For

• Previous Solar PV installation experience - ESSENTIAL

• Previous roofing experience

• CSCS Card

• Working at Height certification

• Confident using hand and power tools

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Good understanding of health and safety

• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
