Duties:

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for an Events Sous Chef for our client based in Edinburgh.

As a Chef your working hours and days are:

5 days from 7 upto 40 hours per week

The duties and responsibilities as a Chef are:

  • Assisting with marinating, cutting and precooking foods
  • Cleaning the kitchen
  • Cleaning and sanitising their area with warm water and soap
  • Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
  • Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment
  • Preparing a particular kitchen station by bringing all food containers to that point in the line
  • Cooking a specific portion of each plated food

The ideal candidate for a PVG Chef would need:

  • Food Hygiene Level 2
  • Allergy Certificate
