This is an excellent opportunity for either a passionate ECT at the start of their teaching career or a more experienced teacher seeking a supportive and progressive school environment. The Role

As a Spanish Teacher / ECT, you will join a collaborative and forward-thinking Modern Foreign Languages department, delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5 as you develop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality Spanish lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Inspiring students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for language learning.
• Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Assessing and tracking student progress to ensure strong outcomes.
• Contributing to departmental planning and wider school initiatives.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Fully engaging with the school’s structured ECT induction programme (if applicable).

The Ideal Candidate

KPI Education are seeking a high-calibre candidate who:

• Holds (or is on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has a degree in Spanish or a closely related subject.
• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for MFL education.
• Is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally.
• Is suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers.
