KPI Education are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-regarded and inclusive secondary school in Wembley to appoint an outstanding Spanish Teacher / Early Career Teacher (ECT).
This is an excellent opportunity for either a passionate ECT at the start of their teaching career or a more experienced teacher seeking a supportive and progressive school environment. The Role
As a Spanish Teacher / ECT, you will join a collaborative and forward-thinking Modern Foreign Languages department, delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5 as you develop.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Spanish lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Inspiring students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for language learning.
- Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Assessing and tracking student progress to ensure strong outcomes.
- Contributing to departmental planning and wider school initiatives.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Fully engaging with the school’s structured ECT induction programme (if applicable).
The Ideal Candidate
KPI Education are seeking a high-calibre candidate who:
- Holds (or is on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has a degree in Spanish or a closely related subject.
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for MFL education.
- Is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally.
- Is suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers.
