Duties:

About the Role

Our client, a leading manufacturer of award-winning family products, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Spare Parts Coordinator to join their team. This position combines warehouse and administrative responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on computer-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing ex-display and pre-loved products
  • Carrying out basic quality checks on prams, buggies, and car seats
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
  • Conducting audits and advising on stock optimisation
  • Working from pick sheets and customer order forms
  • Using systems such as Sage or Shopify (previous experience required)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong computer skills with experience in Sage or Shopify
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Good organisational skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Full attendance and punctuality are essential
  • Previous warehouse/admin experience is desirable
