About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturer of award-winning family products, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Spare Parts Coordinator to join their team. This position combines warehouse and administrative responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on computer-based tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing ex-display and pre-loved products
- Carrying out basic quality checks on prams, buggies, and car seats
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
- Conducting audits and advising on stock optimisation
- Working from pick sheets and customer order forms
- Using systems such as Sage or Shopify (previous experience required)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong computer skills with experience in Sage or Shopify
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Good organisational skills and ability to follow instructions
- Full attendance and punctuality are essential
- Previous warehouse/admin experience is desirable
