As a STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will assist the classroom leader in delivering engaging lesson plans; encouraging the burgeoning curiosity of young learners at every turn. Your tailored support may be delivered in a small group or 1:1 basis, or may involve the entire class. Receiving constant guidance, training and assessment from the senior leadership team (SLT), you will gain an insight into the ‘behind-the-scenes’ elements of teaching such as lesson planning, marking, data analysis and strategizing to maximise engagement and attainment.
