STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant – Central London  Immediate Start or September 2025  £550 Weekly

STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant

Role Details: STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • Location: Westminster, Central London
  • Start Date: ASAP or September 2025
  • Salary: Up to £550 per week (term-time only)
  • Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Duties: STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • Offer academic assistance to pupils in subjects like Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Computing
  • Work with students individually or in small groups to strengthen subject understanding and improve performance
  • Assist with lesson preparation and delivery, including hands-on lab work and real-world applications
  • Monitor student progress and contribute to feedback shared with teaching staff
  • Get involved with extracurricular STEM clubs, projects, and school enrichment activities

Candidate Profile: STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • Holds a 2:1 or higher in a STEM-related degree
  • Strong A-Level and GCSE results in relevant subjects
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, supportive mindset
  • Keen interest in education and working with young people
  • Previous tutoring, mentoring, or school experience is beneficial but not required
