Duties:
Store Manager ️ - Fort Kinnard – £26,000 p/a + commission up to £300 a month
As the Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the store’s success, focusing on both profitability and exceptional customer satisfaction . With a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences , you will lead, motivate, and inspire your team of consultants and Assistant Manager. You'll take charge of the store’s daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable trading, while fostering a dynamic and welcoming environment for both customers and staff .
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development : Lead and inspire your team by providing ongoing training, coaching, and support to deliver exceptional customer service.
Communication & Collaboration ️: Act as the key liaison between Senior Managers, Head Office, and your team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with company objectives.
Performance Management : Develop strategies and local initiatives to enhance store performance, ensuring contributions to company-wide goals.
Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain high operational standards, managing budgets and minimizing shrinkage.
Visual Merchandising ️: Ensure products are always beautifully displayed, correctly coded, and priced, using the appropriate POS to maximize customer appeal.
Stock Management : Take responsibility for maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring a strong commercial focus that aligns with company procedures.
Product Knowledge : Continuously learn and share product expertise with your team, ensuring they are well-informed to assist customers.
Data-Driven Decisions : Use data analysis to plan, forecast sales, and identify opportunities for growth.
Staff Management : Oversee recruitment, training, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions to build a high-performing team.
Health & Safety Compliance ⚖️: Ensure full compliance with security protocols and health and safety legislation to provide a safe and secure working environment.
