This retailer is a family-run business dedicated to crafting unique collections for the independent, free-spirited woman. We're now searching for a dynamic and proactive Store Manager who thrives in a creative and fashion-forward environment. If you’ve worked in fashion, design, or any other creative industry within retail, we want to meet you!

Core Responsibilities:

People Leadership  

- Inspire and lead Retail team of Sales Advisors with passion and purpose. 

- Lead by example in all company policies, from punctuality to dress code. 

- Keep the team updated on all things Retail —business performance, product launches, and seasonal collections. 

- Manage recruitment, development, training, and overall staff performance, including any necessary disciplinary actions. 

Driving Sales  

- Increase the store’s commercial success by boosting turnover and maximizing profitability—making key decisions about stock control. 

- Analyse trends to drive sales and forecast future volumes. 

- Utilize IT systems to track sales figures for data analysis and forecasting. 

- Take full responsibility for sales performance, addressing any significant changes swiftly. 

Customer Experience  

- Lead by example, delivering exceptional, personalized customer service every time. 

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in-store. 

- Promote Retailer by organizing special promotions, events, and displays, in collaboration with Head Office. 

- Ensure the store maintains top-tier standards at all times. 

- Stay ahead of retail market trends, anticipate customer needs, and keep an eye on local competitors. 

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in retail management. 

- Exceptional people management and customer service skills. 

- Ability to connect with our products and understand the Retail customer. 

- A positive outlook and a great sense of humor.  

- Experience in womenswear retail.
