Systems & Data Administrator 

Salary: Up to £24,000

Location: Stone 

Hours: Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Attending product advisory meetings with your Systems & Performance Manager or Project Manager, where required, to obtain and distribute ongoing system information to the wider business.
  • Creating/amending/deleting internal and external users from the internal systems.
  • Investigating any resolving return/payment file issues and re-running return and payment files where required.
  • Supporting new client set ups on the system and communicating any updates to the internal teams.
  • Building engagement reports on the system for visits, letters etc.
  • Working alongside our other Systems & Performance Administrator to complete Month End reporting for all Clients.
  • Delivering ad hoc reporting to Clients, at their request.
  • Delivering other standard routine reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, or as required for internal users.
  • Assisting the Sales team with any Client stats they require ahead of meetings or tender deadline.
  • Attending regular liaison meetings and building relationships with system providers.
  • Liaising with Clients, helping to ensure that they are getting the most from their internal systems.
  • Identifying opportunities for system improvements or better reporting to support Client objectives.
  • Being commercially aware and able to minimise costs where possible by identifying better ways of working.
  • Liaising with, and maintaining strong relationships with, our external system providers as well as working closely with our Digital & Tech Team.
  • Assisting your Systems and Performance Manager with any Digital & Tech related queries as part of the wider system transformation project.

Ideal Candidate:

  • You must have at least 12 months’ experience in a similar role 
  • Time Management - you work well both independently and as a team and manage your own time/workload efficiently, to meet your own deadlines as well as those of others internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication - you have strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders from all levels of the business
  • Organisation - you can follow a process and stay on top of a varied and rapidly changing workload without dropping the ball. You have a strong attention to detail.
  • Critical and Analytical thinking - you can quickly identify solutions to problems and have an analytical and inquisitive mindset
