Double Days: 5:45am - 2:15pm & 1:45pm - 10:15pm (with handover)

Are you a hands-on production professional with leadership experience looking to take the next step in your manufacturing career?

We're looking for a proactive Team Leader to join a busy production operation where you'll lead by example, supporting your team on the shop floor while ensuring production, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved.

The Role:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of production operators.
• Work alongside the team to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet specification.
• Deliver on-the-job training and support the development of team members.
• Allocate work effectively to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor attendance, holidays, and day-to-day team performance.
• Promote a safe working environment and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Communicate production updates, issues, and KPI performance to the Shift Supervisor.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production area.
• Assist with problem-solving to minimise downtime and improve operational performance.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team, or someone ready to step into a leadership role.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using production systems.
