Telemarketing Executive – Full-Time – Permanent
Location: Wigan
Salary: Up to £24,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000+)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
A growing, forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to join their high-performing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with B2B sales or appointment-setting experience who thrives in a consultative, target-driven environment.
The Role:
- Making outbound calls to potential clients from a qualified database
- Booking appointments with senior decision-makers
- Managing your own pipeline using the company’s CRM system
- Identifying opportunities to promote additional services
- Handling incoming sales calls and supporting wider marketing efforts
- Working towards individual and team KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
- Bringing 2+ years of experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or appointment setting
- Communicating confidently and clearly using a consultative sales style
- Demonstrating a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Using MS Office and CRM systems effectively
- Contributing positively to a team environment with a proactive mindset
