This is a highly rewarding role focused on holistic development, combining education, therapeutic support and real-world learning experiences.
You will work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to support pupils in achieving their EHCP and social care targets, using a creative, flexible and relationship-led approach.

This role involves working beyond the classroom, utilising community settings such as libraries, museums and external services to support learning and engagement.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with SEMH and/or neurodiverse pupils
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management and emotional awareness
- Is confident working independently and in the community
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
