The Role

• Building relationships with clients across the manufacturing & engineering sector
• Winning new business and developing your own desk
• Sourcing, screening, and managing candidates
• Matching candidates to roles and managing the process end-to-end
• Working towards and exceeding targets and KPIs
• Growing your pipeline and maximising your earnings

• Experience in sales or customer service (non-retail)
• Someone with good energy, a positive mindset, and great attitude
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
