KPI Recruiting is hiring a 3.5t Van Driver for our client in Kent. You’ll be delivering to residential addresses as part of a 2-person crew alongside a Driver’s Mate.

Shift Details

• Hours: 06:00 start to finish (10–12-hour shifts/day)
• 2-Week Rota:
• Week 1: Mon – Fri
• Week 2: Tue – Sat

What You’ll Do

• Complete 25–30 home deliveries per day alongside a Driver’s Mate
• Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain safe, courteous driving standards
• Complete basic vehicle housekeeping and maintain delivery standards

What We Need From You

• Valid UK Driving Licence (Cat B / 3.5t)
• Minimum 6 months commercial driving experience
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Max 6 points on licence (No DD, DR, or IN convictions)
