Warehouse Operative
Location: Telford
Hours: 4 on 4 off 10:00 - 22:00
Pay: £12.21 per hour

KPI Recruiting are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team working in Telford. As a Warehouse Operative you will play a key role in ensuring that all orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to customers. You’ll be working in a clean, organised, and respectful environment that values the importance of the products. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders with care and accuracy
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
• Performing regular stock checks and inventory management
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and in compliance with health & safety standards
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (training provided)
• Assisting in loading and unloading deliveries
• Following all company procedures and quality standards

Role Requirements: 

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
• Basic computer or scanner literacy
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
