About the Role

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution site based in Lostock, Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with temp-to-perm potential for reliable and hardworking candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting trays in a fast-paced, high-speed warehouse (some outdoor work may be required)
• Lifting and moving bulky goods — good physical fitness is essential
• Accurate order picking and packing
• Wrapping pallets and updating warehouse stock systems
• Supporting daily warehouse operations to meet production and distribution targets

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (standard)
• Pay Frequency: Weekly (Fridays) into your nominated bank account
