Warehouse Operative

Are you an organized and reliable Warehouse Operative looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role? KPI Recruiting is hiring for a specialist distribution site in Bolton.

This is a great role for a Warehouse Operative who enjoys a variety of tasks—from high-quality packing to managing stock on a computer system.

Pay: £12.71 per hour (Increasing to £13.00 after 12 weeks)

Hours: Monday – Friday | 07:30 – 17:30

The Role: What will you be doing?

As a Warehouse Operative, you will ensure that every product leaves the facility in perfect condition. Your daily duties will include:

• Precision Packing: Labeling products and neatly packaging them into various-sized boxes to a high standard.
• Order Fulfillment: Efficiently picking, packing, and sealing customer orders while maintaining quality control.
• Stock Management: Using the computer system to book stock in and reorder quantities as needed.
• Lab & Warehouse Care: Keeping the lab and workspace tidy and organized.
• Accuracy: Ensuring all orders are processed efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.

What we need from you:

• PC Skills: You must be comfortable using a computer system for stock rotation and reordering.
• Attention to Detail: You take pride in "neat" packaging and ensuring labels are placed correctly.
• Reliability: You are looking for a consistent, full-time role and can commit to a 07:30 start.
• Efficiency: You can work at pace while keeping your workspace organized and safe.
