KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Shropshire.

As a Warehouse Operative your days and hours are:

• Monday- Friday
• 07:00- 19:00

The rate of pay as a Warehouse Operative is:

• £12.79 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative are:

• 1. Warehouse Department

                • Heavy lifting of products and materials up to 25kg

                • Working comfortably in a cold, refrigerated environment

                • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm (with potential weekend shifts)

• 2. Deboxing Department

                • Unboxing and preparing bulk ingredients, lifting up to 25kg

                • Working in a tempered, climate-controlled environment

                • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm. Potential weekend work. Enjoy flexibility with an early finish if the daily workload is completed early!

• 3. Containers Department

                • Manual handling and "handballing" containers

                • Repeated lifting of loads up to 25kg

                • Hours: 2:00pm – 5:00pm, scheduled dynamically "as and when required"

• 4. Breadline Department

                • End-of-line product stacking, packing, and pallet wrapping

                • Lighter physical rotation, lifting up to 12kg

                • Working in a tempered, climate-controlled environment

                • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

The requirements needed for a Warehouse Operative are:

• Driving: You must hold a valid driving license and own a reliable vehicle to access the site (due to shift start times and location). Applications without a vehicle cannot be considered
• Physical Fitness: Capability to comfortably and safely lift up to 25kg regularly
• Adaptability: Willingness to rotate between cold and tempered environments throughout the week
• Punctuality: Strong time-management skills to accommodate early 7:00am starts and variable finishing times
