Warehouse Operative + FLT Operator

Builders’ Merchant Experience Required
Bothwell | Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm | Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative with FLT experience for our client based in Bothwell. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role within a busy builders’ merchant environment.

The Role

• General warehouse duties

• Operating Forklift Truck (Counterbalance or Reach – depending on site requirement)

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Picking, packing, and stock control

• Handling building materials

• Working within a fast-paced builders’ merchant environment

• Full-time hours, Monday–Friday

• Immediate start available

• Temp-to-perm opportunity

✅ Requirements

• Previous builders’ merchant experience essential

• Valid FLT licence (in-house or accredited accepted depending on client requirements)

• Good understanding of warehouse operations

• Ability to work safely with heavy/awkward materials

• Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
