Warehouse Operatives – Weekday Night Shifts
Location: Bedford
Pay: £14.30 per hour + overtime & performance bonuses
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week

• Monday to Friday
• 22:00 – 06:00 (Nights)

KPI Recruiting are on the lookout for Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy team. This is a brilliant opportunity to earn a great hourly rate while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Receive full training on LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) to unload products
• Accurately identify product codes and store stock in the correct location
• Use handwrap machines to wrap and secure completed pallets
• Maintain a safe and organised workspace throughout your shift

What We’re Looking For:

• PPE required: Safety boots & hi-vis vest
• A good eye for detail
• Reliability and the ability to work at pace
• Previous warehouse experience useful but not essential (full training provided)

Pay & Benefits:

• £14.30 per hour (first 37.5 hrs)
• +£2.00 per hour overtime (off-peak)
• +£4.00 per hour overtime (Nov–Dec peak)
• Up to £3.00 per hour performance bonus
• Weekly pay
