Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Winsford

Duration: Temporary

Pay rate: £13.50 - £14.00ph

Hours: 8:30am – 16:30pm

Key Duties:

• Supervise the intake, sorting, and distribution of items
• Coordinating and planning delivery routes 
• Organising collections and deliveries 
• Managing a small fleet of three vans 
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment
• Oversee a team of staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support
• Coordinate with the retail team to ensure timely stock delivery to shops
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and manual handling regulations
• Monitor stock levels and identify opportunities for efficient stock flow

Key Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• A practical, hands-on approach and a “can-do” attitude
