X50 Warehouse Operatives – Immediate Starts
Location: Bedford
Pay: £14.80 per hour + performance bonuses & overtime rates

KPI Recruiting are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for hardworking and reliable candidates to secure ongoing weekend work with excellent pay and career progression.

Shifts Available:

• 34.5 hours per week → Friday to Sunday, 18:00 – 06:00
• 20 hours per week → 2 days over the weekend (shift times to be confirmed)

Your Duties Will Include:

• Training on LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) to unload products
• Identifying product codes and storing in correct locations
• Wrapping completed pallets using handwrap machines
• Keeping the warehouse safe, tidy, and organised

What We’re Looking For:

• Safety boots and high-vis vest (PPE required)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliability and strong work ethic

Pay & Benefits:

• £14.80 per hour for contracted hours (34.5 hrs or 20 hrs)
• +£2.00 per hour overtime
• +£4.00 per hour overtime (Nov–Dec peak)
• Pick rate performance bonus of up to £3.00 per hour extra
• Weekly pay
