As a Counterbalance FLT Driver your working days and hours are:
- Monday- Friday
- Week 1 06:00- 24:00
- Week 2 14:00- 22:00
The rate of pay as a Counterbalance FLT Driver is:
- £13.39 p/h
The duties and responsibilities as a Counterbalance FLT Driver are:
- Loading and unloading containers and curtain-sider vehicles using a Forklift Truck (FLT)
- Conducting daily checks on work areas and plant machinery
- Sorting recycling and removing non-conforming materials brought to the site
- Rotating stock and managing good site housekeeping and yard cleaning
- Liaising with the weighbridge operator regarding inbound and outbound stock levels
The ideal candidate for a Counterbalance FLT Driver would require:
- Current FLT Licence (Countebalance)
- Previous workplace experience using an FLT
- Health and safety awareness on an industrial or waste site

As a Handballer/ Container Unloader your working hours and days are:
- Monday- Friday
- 08:00- 16:30
The rate of pay as a Handballer/ Container Unloader is:
- £12.71 p/h
The duties and responsibilities as a Handballer/ Container Unloader are:
- Manually empty and load delivery lorries, vans, and shipping containers
- Sort, stack, and wrap goods securely onto pallets
- Move products around the warehouse and check for damaged items
- Keep the loading bay clean and follow safety rules
- Safely hand-balling and unloading boxes, cartons, or products from shipping containers
- Organising good by type or destination and building stable pallets
- Checking cargo for damage or missing items and reporting issues
- Assisting with general warehouse duties like sweeping or moving stock when no containers are active
The ideal candidate for a Handballer/ Container Unloader would need:
- Previous experience as a Handballer/ Container Unloader
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Good time keeping skills
- Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
