1ST LINE SUPPORT

CREWE

UP TO £25,000 DOE

PERMANENT POSITION

My client are a well established, industry leading organisation based in Crewe. Due to continued success they are looking to recruit a customer focused, service orientated candidate to support the helpdesk team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills looking to take their next step in to a career within IT with full training provided.

Key Duties:

  • Dealing with customer support requests and logging support tickets
  • Responding to customer alerts produced by our monitoring system
  • Providing 1st line support over the phone to our customers
  • Escalating queries to 2nd line support
  • Making follow up calls to clients

Skills Required:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient on systems
  • Hub spot knowledge desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eager to learn with a self motivated approach
