My client is looking for an Administration Manager to oversee a small team, to join their office based in Wigan. 

Day to day duties: 

  • Leading a small team within the department
  • Managing staff effectively to ensure operations are streamlined
  • Implementing new processes to increase customer experience within the business 
  • Monitoring database effectively 
  • Managing new and existing contractors 
  • Scheduling and overseeing training 
  • Increase product knowledge and offering to customers 


  • Experience in a management role 
  • Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels 
  • Systems knowledge
  • Adaptable to new situations and challenges 
  • Self starter with experience of implementing new procedures within a team 

We are offering:

  • Up to £30,000 per annum 
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
